Draft, pending counsel review. A lawyer has not read this yet.
Plain language on purpose. If a line here is unclear, that is our failure. Ask before you rely on it.
Wick is built and operated by Wick Labs and Studios Limited, a Nigerian company. In these terms, Wick, we and us mean that company.
Wick is software. Its robots trade on your own broker account, under a strategy subscription you configured, with controls only you hold.
Wick is not a bank, not a broker, not a fund, and not an asset manager. We never accept deposits, we never hold your funds, and we have no path to withdraw money from your broker account. Your trading capital never moves to us, at any point, for any reason.
Nothing in this app, on the record, on our website, or in any Wick channel is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Nothing Wick publishes is a promise of future results. The record reports what each trade did, in the money it made or lost, and never as a promise of what the next one will do.
You alone decide whether to run the software, at what risk, and with how much money.
Trading involves real risk of loss. This section is part of these terms. You can lose money, including on days the software is working exactly as designed. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
The safety stops exist to limit damage and they cannot remove risk. Markets gap, brokers fail, and connections drop. A stop is an instruction, not a guarantee of the price you get.
Every trade Wick's robots take is published to a public, append-only record before its outcome is known. It is built so that nobody can edit or delete an entry afterwards, including us, and so that the record never carries your name, your contact details, or your account balance.
That permanence is the point, and it cuts both ways: an entry about a trade cannot be removed later at your request or at ours.
Wick charges a flat monthly fee for the software. There is no percentage of your profits and no performance fee, ever. What the robots make on your account is yours.
Nothing renews on its own. There is no card on file, no mandate, and no standing authority to charge you. You pay in advance, any whole multiple of the monthly fee in one payment, and it is held for you as prepaid access. Each thirty days of access, from the day your broker account is first connected, draws one monthly fee from what you paid. When what you paid has been drawn, trading stops until you top up again. Cancelling is not paying again.
Access is prepaid.
Paying is not switched on yet. The price above is set and it is real, and no invoice can be issued today. These payment terms take effect for you on the day you first pay.
Payment is in USDT on the Solana network only. Sending a different asset, or the right asset on a different network, is not a payment we can credit or return: those funds are outside our reach, and the transaction cannot be reversed by us or by anyone.
Payments are handled by a third party payment gateway, which issues a deposit address for each invoice and tells us when it has settled. We send that gateway the amount, the currency and a random invoice reference. We do not send it your name, your email, or your account.
An invoice quotes a fixed amount and is open for a limited time, stated on the checkout. A top up is credited when the payment settles, not when it is sent. If you pay less than the invoice, nothing is credited until the rest arrives, and the shortfall is recorded. If you pay more, the top up is credited in full and the surplus is recorded on your account.
You need a broker account with at least 200 USD in it for the software to size a trade under your risk setting.
Trading stops. Your account does not. Nothing is deleted when access ends: your record, your account and your journal stay readable, and only the parts that act, running the strategy and writing new instructions, are switched off. Access carries three days past the end of the last thirty days you paid for, so a top up that settles late does not cost you a day you already bought.
We work to keep Wick correct, safe, and running. Software still fails, brokers still fail, markets still gap, and connections still drop. Wick is provided as it is, without a promise of uninterrupted service and without a guarantee of any trading result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months before whatever you are complaining about. We are not liable for trading losses: the robots trade at the risk you set, on the account you control, with money we never hold.
Nothing in these terms removes a liability that the law says cannot be removed.
You can stop at any time: pause the robots, stop paying, remove the software. We can suspend or end service for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires it.
These are draft terms pending counsel review, and they will change before anything is sold. When they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a material change is announced in Wick's channels before it takes effect. The terms that apply to you are the ones in force on the day you pay.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which is where the company is registered, and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Talk to us first. Most problems are fixed faster by people than by courts.
Until a dedicated contact address is published, reach us through the Wick community. An address will be on this page before anything is sold.
